The location is superb, close to Insadong Street and subway lines. Staff is great. Rooms are clean and well-equipped.

The hotel is conveniently located near a subway stop, making it easy for us to travel to and from the airport. it is situated in a vibrant commercial neighborhood, providing us with plenty of options for dining and shopping. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the bathroom had a nice bath tub for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the happy hour drinks offered by the hotel.

One night we experienced a noise issue with the ventilation system, which disrupted our sleep for several hours. The staff apologized, but didn't offer any compensation or resolution for the inconvenience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, being very near a subway stop that allowed me to easily take the subway from and to the airport. It was also quite near the metro, with the shortest walk to the entrance of the metro being about 4 minutes. the hotel was very close to a lively commercial neighborhood, providing ample opportunities for shopping and dining. The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, with the rooms being spotlesslynice and neat. The staff at the hotel were friendly and spoke English well enough to assist me with any queries or requests. the hotel facilities and transportation options were great, providing great convenience to explore the surrounding area.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the perfect location of the hotel. It was close to the city's historical attractions, art centers, food options, and shopping. Most places of interest were within walking distance, making it convenient for us to explore. The rooms were modern, silent, and had a big window with a great view of Insadong. The air-conditioning worked well, but we preferred to sleep with the window open for the fresh air. The green terrace on the roof offered amazing cityscape views. We also enjoyed the small but clean and relaxing sauna on the B2 level. Additionally, the staff was very nice, gentle, and helpful. They even went above and beyond to assist us with a special request after we checked out. The service provided was perfect, with the customer in mind.

My recent stay at Kuretakeso Insadong was really good. The hotel's central location allowed me to easily explore the cultural sites of Seoul, including the nearby palace area. The subway stop, just a few minutes away, made it convenient for me to travel to and from the airport. I also loved the vibrant neighborhood surrounding the hotel, with its charming alleys, restaurants, coffee shops, and bakeries. Despite a few minor preferences like motion detector lights and Asian-style bedding, the overall experience was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. a great stay at Kuretakeso Insadong.

This hotel is a great value for money. The prices were reasonable and the attention to detail was impressive. I loved the location, being close to both Insadong street and the trendy area of Ikseon Hanok streets. It was also conveniently located in between subway stations and bus stops, making it easy to explore the city. Plus, the hotel is within walking distance of several of Seoul's main attractions. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities in the room were all I needed. I especially enjoyed the big window with a view of Insadong on the top floor. The room had two comfortable twin beds and had everything I needed. The breakfast was included and it was definitely worth the amount I paid.
